I never write reviews but this has been the worest expirence… I had 20 tickets to transfer to friends and it has been a nightmare in terms of the app timing out or the transfer button not working at all … etc…. I am very disappointed and not user friendly. Plan ahead if you are distributing tickets or selling. Do your job RK and fix this app!

Such a horrible app. Won’t load. Always says unable to refresh my tickets. The old app worked much better. I hope they fix things fast since there are only digital tickets available. So frustrating.

Sell or trasfer tix w/o “add to wallet” button ridiculous oversight.

it takes hours literally hours to get out of the parking after concerts. whoever designed this abomination should be embarrassed beyond believe.

Often refuses to sync. Logging out and in doesn’t resolve. Very random.

For the amount of money people spend at Pats Place, Gillette, as Revs or Pats members and the countless events there … you would think the Kraft Group would toss a little technology money over and make an app that is halfway decent. I’m constantly being bumped out, reloading and freezing trying to navigate. Nothing makes sense. Do better!

If you have about an hour or so maybe you’ll get or find your tickets maybe not. This app is almost as good as the Pats this year. La9275

Definitely received faux barcodes in this app. Should be removed from the App Store in my opinion

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Hangs up, doesn’t load etc…

the app didn’t load therefor making us more late to the game. we had to use another phone just to get tickets. there have been MULTIPLE times that we can’t get into the game because this app doesn’t work.

This ap is the worst. My season tickets are not listed or shown under my tickets.

The Gillette Gillette stadium icon does not appear on my iPhone after I downloaded it. I can search for it and it shows under Siri suggestions. The app downloaded successfully on my iPad, which I find weird. I don’t know how it will work off Wi-Fi, since I can’t access the app in settings to turn on cell data for app.

It is unusable. Crashes on startup every time.

Unable to sign in to manage tickets. The Ticketmaster sign in page is just a blank screen

Could be my phone but all my other Apps are working.

Used to at least function. Then it forces an update which I had to do in the parking lot then it won’t even open. It’s been a week now and still can’t open the app.

Had to update to newer version but doesn’t stay open and closes immediately. I’ve updated my iPhone software and restarted/rebooted the phone but no good. Couldn’t get the mobile ticket to the Revs game Hope the glitch is fixed before next game

Worked fine last year , this years up-dates only caused major problems with the app always saying “ something went wrong” time for a new app developer

STM who had the unfortunate luck to sit in MY section 217 with NO speakers working for such an exciting event!!??🤬 The sheer volume of the music, the announcers, etc is what feeds the energy at a game. HUGELY disappointed and embarrassed in front of our guests.

I am a STM. My discount on the app doesn’t work for the pro shop. Kinda annoying

Unable to get bar code for tickets. Is it on just game day??

Please add some security to the app. If someone gets your iPhone, they open access to all of the tickets. Shameful that this app is not secure.

This app is garbage. I am a STM and I can’t get my pro shop discount barcode to show up (gives me an error). I can edit tickets that are for sale (errors again). Horrible horrible app. I expected better from an organization like the NFL and the Patriots. Who ever is getting paid to program this app should be fired. It’s the only way I can manage my season tickets and it’s a fail.

Won’t let me sign in and always says, “Ooops, something went wrong”.

Try to login and see tickets, but won’t go past the Terms. “Something went wrong.” I cant seem to get past this.

Given that Gillette is now only accepting mobile tickets thru the app, it’s incredibly frustrating to encounter a never ending loop of the “Something went wrong” pop up when I try to login and accept the Terms and Conditions so I can access my tickets. Help!

After loading and showing the light house, App aborts and goes back to the last screen of my iPhone home screen. Tried deleting and reloading with no luck.

Does not support Touch ID so need to log in every time. Tickets are not adding to wallet. Scrolling through tickets is bugged and delays entry when there’s a line. Hangs up in odd places. Please update to at least the standards of normal apps.

Can’t access anything; crashes constantly. Hope I can use my paper tickets 🤬

So the Revolution app actually was pretty good. Now I get a notification it won't be available and to download this app. Well this app I can't find my revs tickets to get into the game. Revolution seating chart pulls up general concert seating chart. That's two minutes in , can't wait to use more!!

I’ve had it on my phone and it worked fine. Just went to use it and it loads opening page then shuts down. Even jammed up my phone once. I’ve tried removing and adding it back. No luck. Always shuts app out before I can look at anything

Everything you could want to make you experience at the stadium even better. A must have if going to an event at Gillette Stadium!

Was better when it was just the patriots app this has become useless it was faster to google the final score than tho navigate around the revolution soccer crap.

This is by far the best app for Patriot fans!! It covers everything you want & need to know about the Patriots Game day at Gillette Stadium! Plus great videos of the game.

So I download the app expecting to watch the game or live video... NOPE! Need to be connected to Gillette Stadium Wifi, well that's a big stink. This app is a MUST HAVE for anyone that ATTENDS the games, but other then that, it's pretty much useless to the rest of society. *Next Time make it more clear that you need to be at the stadium for this to be effective instead of hiding it at the bottom of your description feed.

The app will only work if you are connected to Gillette's wifi. Gillette's wifi is not powerful enough for the app. Therefore the app won't work and I have been unable to watch the videos. All it does it buffer and drain my battery.

Needs gamecast

Instant replay on my phone? Incredible.

Tried app for the first home preseason game of 2013. Video did not work well. I couldn't get a replay in a timely fashion when I turned my iPhone sideways the video froze. Stats seemed to update ok but you would be better off following game with other apps/websites.
