Never connects

2nd year and Ive tried using this at every game and I never get it working. It never connects and Ive gone to the help desk and they cant even solve the issue. The Krafts should really look into this issue solve it. It cant be that hard with the millions a game they make. Once I get off the list for season tickets ill be leaving the clubhouse. Overpriced seats and food. Cheaper to eat outside the clubhouse
